Ever have a doctor tell you to not quit smoking?
Mine did! Wants to get my meds under control, then address this, ahh modern medicine!!

Session 17 rehab this morning, half done. Really cutting into my workdays, I think it's causing me more stress than it helps!
This whole experience has made me think alot about my priorities, will post my whole story someday I have the time and mental health to relive some of it....
